Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Affairs professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating Board meeting logistics and documentation, overseeing office security, insurance, and maintenance services, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and upholding corporate governance standards.

Additionally, the role will involve planning, streamlining, and coordinating administrative systems and procedures, assisting in budget preparation and reviews, and supporting the development and implementation of corporate risk management frameworks.

The Senior Corporate Affairs professional will also provide support for business operations in Indonesia and Malaysia, participate in corporate affairs and communication initiatives, and assist with social media, website management, and corporate event planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and coordinating Board meetings and related documentation.
  • Overseeing office security, insurance, and maintenance services.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and upholding corporate governance standards.
  • Planning and streamlining administrative systems and procedures.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and reviews.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of corporate risk management frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
  • Corporate secretarial experience with solid knowledge of corporate governance practices.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience in corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, website CMS tools, and event coordination.
  • Meticulous, organized, and a strong team player with a high level of integrity.
