We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial and Governance professional to join our team as a Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide corporate secretarial services, including the preparation of necessary documents for Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), board and shareholders' resolutions, striking off, etc
  • Maintain statutory registers up-to-date
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by providing advice on corporate governance matters and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle employee passes and work permits applications
  • Manage payroll computation and CPF submissions
  • Perform other corporate and administrative tasks as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as Xero
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in handling employee passes and work permits applications
  • Knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations
