Job Description:

This dynamic role will play a pivotal part in shaping the firm's people-first culture. As the HR Generalist and Operations professional, you will work closely with our team to foster a positive, dynamic, and motivated workplace. Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and maintain accurate records of employment offers and contracts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
