Early Childhood Education Specialist

As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of infants.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised early childhood education qualification, such as an Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), and experience working with infants in a childcare or preschool setting. A strong knowledge of child development and the ability to create engaging learning experiences is also essential.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about nurturing and supporting the growth and development of young children. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for infants
  • Designing and implementing engaging curriculum and activities to promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Observing and documenting progress and developmental needs of each child
  • Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure a collaborative partnership in supporting children's growth
  • Maintaining a clean and organised classroom environment that meets all safety and hygiene standards
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • A recognised early childhood education qualification such as an Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent
  • Experience working with infants in a childcare or preschool setting, preferably for a minimum of 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of child development and the ability to create engaging learning experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • A passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and development of young children
