Job Description

As a Senior Enterprise Application Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the development, deployment, and support of large-scale IT systems and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Business Application Support - Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for key business applications.
  • Business Process Management - Analyze and document existing business processes to propose and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Business Requirements - Engage with business stakeholders to identify and document digital needs, translating them into actionable project specifications.
  • Project Management - Manage small, mid, or large-scale projects from initiation to closure, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in managerial capacity for Leader role and/or minimum 10 years of working experience in similar role within tanker business, specifically chemicals.
  • Hands-on experience providing applications support on Veson IMOS Platform (VIP) or similar type of Commercial Voyage Management systems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes pertaining to chemical tanker business, project management concepts, and quality standards.
