Job Overview

The Warehouse Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse facilities. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Department, encompassing Production, Warehouse, Testing, and Logistics teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial services to the Operations Department, including document management and data entry.
  • Verify accuracy of all in-house test certificates prior to issuance.
  • Maintain precise records of all certificates and client product history in both digital and physical formats.
  • Retrieve Certificates of Conformance from suppliers' websites.
  • Perform comprehensive document control and update job records in Excel based on Technical Service Department timesheets.

The successful candidate will possess experience in document management, Microsoft Office, and data entry, as well as a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
