Warehouse Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Support Specialist. This role involves a mix of warehouse operations (70%) and administrative tasks (30%). The ideal candidate is hands-on, efficient, and able to work in an air-conditioned environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack items for outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Lift and handle loads weighing up to 25KGs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the inventory management system.
  • Conduct routine stock checks and monitor stock movement.
  • Manage goods receiving activities and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and documentation for outgoing goods.
  • Handle inquiries via email and phone professionally.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations and order fulfillment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Microsoft Office is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be physically fit to handle lifting requirements (up to 25KGs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Good communication skills for handling inquiries are necessary.
  • No forklift license is required.
