Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Raman Applications Scientist to join our Application Team.

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as an expert, providing technical expertise and support to both internal teams (Sales and Marketing) and external clients (customers and prospective customers).

About the Role

This position is based in Singapore with frequent travel to customers across Southeast Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical expertise and product knowledge.

Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth by leveraging your understanding of materials analysis techniques and product applications.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Raman spectroscopy and its applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and content that supports sales efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong technical expertise in Raman spectroscopy and materials analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

A proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
