Raman Applications Scientist

About the Role:

This role reports directly to the Application Team lead. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
  • Travel frequently to customers across Southeast Asia to provide technical support and build relationships.
