Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct regular inspections, including spot checks on carpark procedures and security operation (under term contract vendor) to ensure proper functioning of the operational readiness at all times.
    • Guide and ensure the security team respond to emergency situations, including medical emergencies or fire alarms, following established protocols/operational procedures.
    • Collaborate with external law enforcement agencies, if necessary, to report incidents or provide support during investigations.
    • Stay updated on security industry best practices, emerging technologies, and relevant legislation to ensure a safe and secure environment.
    • Lay down procedures and contact numbers of persons to be contacted for dealing with emergency situations.
    • Ensure emergency call tree and contact lists are in place.
    • Prepare and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of security operations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
