Sustainability Project Manager Singapore Opportunity

The successful candidate will excel in this position if they are ready to actively handle the following missions:
  • Coordinate Sephora Regional Sustainability strategy, promote the Regional Sustainability priorities and targets, and implement the strategy in different regional markets in cooperation with local teams.
  • Support change to turn sustainability into a competitive advantage.
  • Bring expertise to support the implementation of the sustainability strategy.
  • Support local teams and the network of Sustainability Ambassadors in all regional markets in their execution of country roadmaps to achieve the Group's sustainability commitments.

In this role, you will ensure that sustainability projects and initiatives are aligned with the regional sustainable strategy. You will also implement, coordinate, and monitor various global sustainability projects in different areas including sustainable packaging, waste, circular economy, climate, energy. Additionally, you will prepare materials for various sustainability committees, identify, formalize, and share sustainable best practices across our countries and operations, support countries to implement the Regional Sustainability Strategy and various projects, and support sustainability reporting.

This position is based in Singapore. You will report to the Procurement Director for Sephora Southeast Asia & Oceania, who is also the Sustainability Lead and Ambassador for the region, and work closely with Sephora's Global Sustainability Team.

To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about sustainable development, resilient, perseverant, team-oriented, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit. You should have experience in project management in an international environment, be proficient in English (both oral and written), organized, structured, and rigorous with the ability to adapt and prioritize work. You should also have good interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to listen and moderate collaborative meetings. Furthermore, you should be an expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and know how to use all its functions to produce impactful presentations.
