We are a family-owned Karaoke operator with FOUR outlets in Singapore, dedicated to providing an exceptional entertainment experience for our customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Serving Customers: Greet customers warmly and serve them with a smile, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our work areas, including the KTV rooms and common areas.
  • Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that guests receive attention at all times, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Building Rapport with Guests: Build and maintain good rapport with our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrate a customer service-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve our service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform various ad-hoc duties as required, including taking food and drink orders, delivering orders, cleaning rooms, and cashiering.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
  • Education: Minimum Secondary level education.
  • Personality Traits: Outgoing, presentable, and service-oriented, with a cheerful and independent attitude.
  • Availability: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience: Candidates with relevant working experience in the Karaoke or F&B industry are preferred.
