To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A degree in learning/instructional design, multimedia design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of relevant working experience in learning/instructional design, multimedia design in an education setting, or similar.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in e-learning authoring software and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
