Main Responsibilities:

Key Performance Metrics:
  • Retention of corporate clients.
  • App engagement/usage on corporate client accounts.
  • Account Expansion: Upsell of additional services and introduction of our solutions to more teams, offices, and markets within client organizations.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or relevant professionals with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate with local and global teams.
  • Able to self-start and work in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and always-learning professionals.
  • Strong consultative abilities and social skills focused on customer experience.
  • Located in Singapore.
