Job Title:

Regional Director for External Asset Growth

About the Role:

This senior leadership position is responsible for leading and expanding our external asset management franchise in Asia. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EAM landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and grow revenue.
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing managers and selectively onboard new partners to expand our EAM business.
  • Leverage our capabilities to create value for external managers and their clients, strengthening our reputation in the EAM community.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in similar functions in a EAM environment.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets, regulatory requirements, and operational frameworks.
  • Able to work across cultures and regions; fluent in English (additional Asian languages a plus).
