We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Liaison Professional to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a fixed term contract of 6 months, with an estimated monthly salary range of SGD 4,500 - 5,200 based on industry standards.
Job Responsibilities- To visit newly admitted patients and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Conduct regular visits to wards to check on patient well-being, address requests, and potential feedbacks
- To be able to provide service recovery for potential feedbacks
- Redirect patients based on mitigating routes during different phases of renovations/lift prioritization based on emergency matrix
- Min GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Prior experience in customer service/healthcare is preferred
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare industry operations
