Job Title: Refrigeration Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Maintenance Specialist to take on the challenge of installing, repairing and maintaining refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installing, repairing and maintaining refrigeration systems to ensure seamless operation;
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting system problems, including mechanical, electrical and refrigerant-related issues;
  • Repairing or replacing faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors and fans;
  • Performing regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to prevent breakdowns;
  • Conducting system tests to verify performance, temperature control and refrigerant levels;
  • Calibrating temperature controls, thermostats and pressure switches as needed;
  • FOLLOWING safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities and parts inventory;
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly;

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components;
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure;
