- Minimum of 2 Years of Experience: In dealing, preferably within the securities industry.
- CMFAS Modules: Pass in CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5, and 6A.
- Financial Products and Services: Familiarity with financial products and services, including securities and options, is advantageous.
- Business Negotiation Skills: Well-developed business negotiation skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Result-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to Work Night Shifts: Willingness to work night shifts and public holidays; shift allowance will be provided.
