Business Growth Specialist - Asia Pacific

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and developing growth plans in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification:
    • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Conduct competitor research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Growth Strategy Formulation:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and drive results.
  • Marketing Execution & Value Proposition:
    • Champion the value proposition across internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop enablement tools including messaging frameworks, content, and sales collateral.
  • Launch Planning & Execution:
    • Execute launch plans and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
    • Support channel partners with tailored messaging and tools.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
    • Address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, product marketing, or strategy.
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
    • Familiarity with data center infrastructure and structured cabling standards.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Asia Pacific region.
