Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Enterprise Risk Management team as an Assistant Manager. This key role will play a crucial part in enforcing risk governance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and harmonizing group policies and standards.

The successful candidate will facilitate the evaluation and mitigation of risks, build advanced analytics capabilities, track key indicators, and monitor claims and loss control issues. They will also be responsible for designing processes for data protection compliance, maintaining risk registers and business continuity portals, stress-testing business continuity capabilities, reviewing insurance policies, and communicating with external parties.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their skills and expertise to our organization's risk management efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree qualification from a reputable university
  • Prior experience in the Big 4 Risk team or commercial experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Alternatively, candidates from the Big 4 External Audit team with a keen interest in working in the Risk team are encouraged to apply
