Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple smaller tactical projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision from seniors.
- Support larger strategic projects, contributing to the development of research designs and analysis plans.
- Lead the decision-making process for data capture, designing activities and solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their commercial goals and translating them into research objectives.
- Collaborate with junior consultants, providing on-the-job coaching and guidance to support their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve research methodologies and tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of client workshops and brainstorms, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Present research findings to clients, using clear and concise language to convey complex insights.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business, identifying opportunities to incorporate solutions beyond primary research.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., social science, psychology, business, or economics).
- At least 5 years of professional research experience, with a proven track record of delivering impactful research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect research insights to broader organizational goals.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and tools, with the ability to design and implement research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
