Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Structural Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in coordinating structural operations and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

  • Liaise with project managers and engineers to understand project schedules and ensure timely completion;
  • Coordinate site fabrication and installation works with sub-contractor teams to achieve targeted progress;
  • Update and report project progress reports and plan for one week ahead of activities to be completed;
  • Red Line Mark Up drawings to be done progressively and update engineering;
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers for drawing and site discrepancies, equipment structural clash checks for trouble shooting of fabrication matters and get information for site coordination;
  • Maintain and keep the remnant material record for final reconciliation of materials;
  • Coordinate and organize scaffolding erection and de-staging plan and activities with all trades;
  • Follow-up of all fabrication and installation job fit up, welding and inspection;
  • Ensure compliance in project requirements and scope of works;
  • Understand contractors' scope of work and manage/ensure subcontractor performance in line with provided schedule;
  • Capture and prepare timesheets for submission for any drawing changes, modifications and scope variations - subcon SI, JCS/JCF, etc.;
  • Provide the necessary information to prepare MOS and JSA arrangement and follow up to get the lifting plan arrangement drawings;
  • Issue materials to subcontractors based on work front for one week.]
