Research and Development Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to lead R&D projects focused on metals and industrial applications.

This role entails developing innovative metal alloys, additives, and processes, while ensuring compliance with quality regulations and industrial standards.

  1. Design and develop technical solutions for assigned projects within defined budgets and quality standards.
  2. Lead all stages of project management, including R&D, process engineering, scale-up to production, and regulatory compliance.
  3. Develop test plans, manage R&D timelines, and align with departmental objectives.
  4. Independently plan and execute research projects, conduct/monitor experiments, and support laboratory operations.
  5. Coordinate trials, collect and analyse data, and document laboratory experiments per project schedules.
  6. Prepare professional technical reports and documentation for clients, subcontractors, and investors.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Metal Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of industrial R&D experience in metal/alloy development, refining, melting, casting, and related processes.
  • Strong technical writing skills for drafting protocols, reports, and formal communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical thinker with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a holistic perspective.
