We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in metal engineering.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Metal Engineering or a related field, with at least 7 years of industrial R&D experience in metal/alloy development, refining, melting, casting, and related processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical writing skills for drafting protocols, reports, and formal communication, as well as expertise in R&D, alloying, and scaling up research into industrial-scale applications.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a holistic perspective, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Communication: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
