We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients and staff. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Manage and coordinate appointments, including bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Process client payments, issue receipts, and manage billing enquiries in accordance with company policies.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in reception or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with scheduling or management software is desirable.
- A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
