Our organization, Autism Resource Centre (Singapore), is a not-for-profit charity committed to serving individuals with autism. We provide a range of services, including Pathlight School, The Art Faculty, and Professor Brawn, to empower individuals to lead meaningful and independent lives.

Your Impact and Contribution:

Quality Educational Outcomes and Holistic Student Development

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons, contribute to curriculum improvement, and assess student progress to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Implement effective assessment strategies, provide accurate feedback, and offer instructional support to close gaps.

Fruitful Collaborative Relationships and Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with families, caregivers, and stakeholders to develop data-based IEP/ITP processes, support student goals, and achieve positive post-school outcomes.
  • Co-lead or lead CCAs, school-wide initiatives, and events, including improvement processes, bridging programs, and committees.

Requirements

Your must-haves:

  • Passion for helping special needs students maximize their talents and potential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking and creativity to develop learning strategies.
  • Good instructional skills to explain concepts clearly.
  • Selected candidates will be required to attend and complete certification training.
