">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Associate to join our team. Our contemporary cafe and restaurant concept offers an amazing work environment surrounded by greenery and nature.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
  • Monitor and drive the business performance of the restaurant.
  • Deliver exceptional front of house services.
  • Implement dynamic operational working procedures to support the delivery of service excellence.
  • Work closely with the Cafe Manager and Sous chef on guests' preference and seasonal menu.
  • Develop strong communication and line reporting procedures to guide service implementation making improvements or changes where required.

Requirements:
  • At least 2-4 years in a managerial position in F&B industry.
  • Motivated (Leadership), result-oriented(result-driven) and a fast learner.
  • Good organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead.
  • Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills.
