Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to oversee the delivery of smart building management and extra low voltage systems projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with smart building management and extra low voltage systems in the build environment sector.
  • Evaluate project deliverables against scope, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Supervise tasks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and complete projects within deadlines.
  • Organize, guide, and motivate engineers, supervisors, and workers under your charge.
  • Maintain safe custody, control, and maintenance of equipment and special tools used by the department.
  • Establish and maintain courteous and cooperative relationships with clients.
  • Control project expenses and ensure adherence to financial plans.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in project management of smart building and ELV Systems and/or Mechanical & Electrical turnkey projects.
  • Leading teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
  • Certificate in Project Management Professional will be advantageous.
