Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee our team in the smart building and ELV systems management sector. As a project lead, you will be responsible for leading the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and completion.

  • Familiar with smart building management and extra low voltage systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring that projects meet technical specifications and adhere to industry standards.
  • Supervise tasks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion.

You will work closely with engineers, supervisors, and workers to deliver high-quality results while meeting environmental, occupational health & safety standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, tools, and ensuring daily operations meet productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in project management of smart building and ELV systems or Mechanical & Electrical turnkey projects.
  • Leadership skills, including team management and communication.
  • Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
  • Certificate in Project Management Professional (optional).
