Responsibilities:

  • Deep-dive into identified industry pain points, including inefficiencies in capital reserves due to regulatory constraints, complex claims processes, and the need for alternative risk data sources.
  • Conduct market analysis to confirm demand, assess competitors, and identify opportunities within the (Re)Insurance space.
  • Develop and iterate on venture concepts that address key problem statements, leveraging Menyala's research and industry insights.
  • Test hypotheses through rapid prototyping, gathering market and user feedback to refine solutions.
  • Engage potential partners, advisors, and early adopters within the insurance ecosystem to validate product concepts and gather strategic insights.
  • Lead exploration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, blockchain, and parametric models, to shape solutions that bring innovation to claims, underwriting, and customer engagement.

You should have:

  • Extensive expertise in the (Re)Insurance industry, specializing in product development, regulatory compliance, and insurtech innovations.
  • A strong strategic thinker with a background in venture building, business model design, and or product-market fit validation.
  • Excellent communication, partnership development, and project management skills.
