We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, including handling accounts payable and receivable, processing payments, and managing inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCE 'O' or Diploma and above in Accounting or Admin, or minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
