Job Overview

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team, responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address payment queries.
  • Manage journal entries such as accruals and reclassifications.
  • Oversee GST reporting and Fixed Assets management.
  • Support quarterly internal and external audits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with accounts payable best practices and procedures
