As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for governing and facilitating Talent Reviews, administering Talent Assessments, and overseeing Leadership Development initiatives. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in deploying initiatives to strengthen culture, growth, and innovation mindset. You will also manage vendors and facilitate SLH cadence with external parties. If you have a good degree with at least 5 years' experience in Leadership Development, Talent & Change Management, and possess strong interpersonal savvy, data presentation skills, and facilitation skills, we encourage you to apply. Key responsibilities include:

* Governing and facilitating Talent Management processes
* Administering Talent Assessments and conducting debriefs
* Overseeing Leadership Development initiatives
