Enterprise IT Service Delivery Lead

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. Your experience in designing, planning, deploying, and managing enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-user services will enable you to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, deploy, and manage enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-user services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and outsourced service providers to plan, manage, and deliver projects aimed at maintaining, enhancing, or developing new desktop services.
  • Supervise and maintain desktop services, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and service level agreements with outsourced providers.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in designing, planning, deploying, and leading enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
  • Good technical knowledge of end-point technologies as primary practice area, with knowledge in supporting technologies such as network and servers.
  • Proactive and dedicated individual with good leadership and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • An adaptable and bold individual who dares to innovate and take smart risks.
