Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team in Process Integration. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative process solutions to improve product yield and quality.

About the Role
  • Lead process modules related to 3D NAND semiconductor integrated circuits.
  • Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
  • Set a clear direction and vision for the module with a well-defined continual improvement plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Module Ownership: Oversee the development and operation of one or more process modules.
  2. Specification Definition: Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
  3. Strategic Direction: Establish a clear direction and vision for the module with a well-defined continual improvement plan.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues early and address them proactively.
  • Performance Optimization: Focus on structural development, electrical performance, parametric verification, and process control and manufacturability assessment and optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a development team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process integration.
