Talent Acquisitions Specialist Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in our recruitment team as a Talent Acquisitions Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to source and screen high-quality candidates for various positions, working closely with Account Managers and Recruiters to ensure seamless integration into our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be independent, take initiative, and be a fast learner. They will also be self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening of candidates using various methods and tools.
  • Coordinating interviews with Account Managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Assisting Recruiters and Account Managers with profiling duties to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, colleagues, and clients.
  • Independent, takes initiative, and fast learner with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
