Job Title: Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled automation specialist to lead our team in maintaining and supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, computer, electrical, and electronics engineering, as well as experience in PLC-related projects. They will work closely with customers to support new testers setup, new project/line launch, update technical reference, PM requirement, and conduct periodic reviews and internal training to the TS team for knowledge retention.

  • Lead a team to maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
  • Resolve system, network, and equipment problems to improve and sustain present manufacturing production to minimize downtime and improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Work with customers closely to support new testers setup, new project/line launch, update technical reference, PM requirement, and conduct periodic reviews and internal training to the TS team for knowledge retention.

The following qualifications are required:

  • A degree or diploma in automation, computer, electrical, and electronics engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering.
  • Prior experience in PLC-related automation projects is highly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in top-level assembly manufacturing environments.
