Job Title:

Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, with experience in developing and implementing automated solutions for manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement automated inspection recipes for NPI and inline processes.
  • Analyze line defects and provide feedback to process, NPI, EE, and manufacturing teams.
  • Investigate yield issues and develop procedures to resolve them.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to improve yields and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor yields and generate weekly reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and update specifications as needed.
  • Perform MSA on metrology tools and analyze SPC charts for bump characteristics.
  • Enforce correct processing on the production line based on SOPs and working instructions.
  • Provide support for AOI and metrology-related issues on the production line.
  • Conduct gap analyses and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in AOI (Visual Inspection).
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing cleanroom environments.
  • Good knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, and reliability engineering principles.
