Job Title: Senior Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Associate to join our team of scientists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Analytical Chemistry and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

">
  • ">
  • Develop and optimize mass spectrometry-based methods for biomonitoring;">
  • Plan and organize standard operating procedures of projects;">
  • Perform sample preparation protocols for human blood samples;">
  • Routine operation of LC-MS/MS and ICP-MS, once proficiently trained;">
  • Assist in processing and quality control of mass spectrometry data;">
  • Prepare project updates;">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve research goals;">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical or Chemical Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences, or related disciplines;">
  • At least 5 years working experience in an analytical chemistry lab;">
  • Hands-on experience with method development for LC/MS of at least some of the following compounds: metabolites, PFAS, Phthalates, PCBs, and PAHs (required);">
  • Hands-on experience with method development for ICP-MS of heavy metals (required);">
  • Hands-on experience with operation and troubleshooting of LC, MS, and ICP-MS;">
  • Prior experience in a clinical laboratory or developing tests that have received regulatory approval is considered a strong advantage;">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
