About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Process Improvement Expert to join our team at This Is An IT Support Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing SAP configuration setup solutions that optimize its functionality and align it with specific business processes.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with project core team members to develop solutions for new processes or enhance existing processes to increase efficiency and competitiveness.
  2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide value-based strategic assessments of the current state, followed by solution recommendations.
  3. Work with project team members to identify and understand pain points and deliver effective lean solutions.
  4. Contribute to the development of valuable solutions by interfacing with functional business teams and IT.
  5. Document, test, and deploy solutions and training documentation.
  6. Establish metrics for evaluating process implementation success.
  7. Ensure successful deployment by coordinating with users to address their concerns.
  8. Develop and implement an executive review dashboard or metric pack using the most appropriate tool.

Essential Skills:
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivation and minimal supervision ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse functional teams to drive results.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is beneficial.
