Business Analysis Expertise

Job Description
  • Project Delivery and Quality Management: Oversee project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements, propose solutions, and document rules and regulations.
  • Collaboration and Project Timelines: Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads to maintain project schedules.
  • Requirements to Test Cases: Translate business requirements into user acceptance test cases.
  • Test Execution and Tracking: Execute UAT, document outcomes, and track progress.
  • Issue Resolution and Coordination: Monitor and resolve issues by coordinating with IT teams within agreed timelines.
  • Defect Review Meetings: Lead defect review meetings with IT teams as necessary.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Post-Implementation Validation: Perform post-go-live validation to ensure system stability.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver business value.
