AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing high-performance simulation models and optimization strategies for NPU HW architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance analysis models to identify hardware bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements.
  • Build functional and execution models to accurately simulate chip behaviours and results.
  • Collaborate with hardware development and testing teams to define modelling strategies and ensure designs meet specifications.
  • Work with the compiler/model compilation team to provide optimization feedback and ensure accurate simulation results.
  • Develop custom CUDA operators in PyTorch that maintain data consistency between model and hardware, for customer-facing applications.

Qualification/Requirements:

Education: A master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: 0–5 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome. Internship, academic research, or hands-on project experience in chip modeling, performance simulation, or AI computing will be a strong advantage.

Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch. Experience with C++ or hardware modelling tools is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Strong interest in system architecture and performance analysis. Able to identify and resolve modelling discrepancies.

Teamwork: Effective communicator and team player, capable of working across multidisciplinary teams.
