Job Description

You will work closely with valued customers to address complex post-sales concerns, applying critical thinking and analysis to resolve issues efficiently. Your expertise in SD-WAN technologies, Remote Access VPN solutions, and multi-factor authentication systems will be invaluable assets to our team.

Your Impact

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners
  • Offer configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Manage support cases to guarantee timely resolution and follow-up
  • Conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Publish technical support bulletins and documentation in our knowledge base
  • Review technical documentation for training materials, marketing collateral, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles, working with large global customers and partners
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting SD-WAN technologies
  • Expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems
  • Multi-factor authentication security system experience (tokens, certificates, CAC cards, and similar)
  • Working knowledge of Security Services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls etc.)
  • Able to debug broad, complex networks with mixed media and protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience with Silverpeak, Huawei, Fortinet, or other vendor-related SD-WAN devices
  • Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), and Fortinet products
  • Designated customer experience
  • CCIE/CCNA certification
  • Virtualization experience (AWS, Azure, VMWare, OpenStack)
  • Experience with Windows and MAC OS (Debugging, Editing Registries, Plist etc.)

What We Offer

Palo Alto Networks is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on location and experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
