Test Assurance Specialist

As a key player in our organization, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive test plans, including functional testing, system integration testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
- Involve in test planning, monitoring, and control, as well as analysis, design, implementation, execution, and completion of tests.
- Coordinate and liaise with external stakeholders to establish successful external interface test deliverables.
- Perform all aspects of verification, including functional testing, regression testing, and defect identification and closure.
- Translate system requirements into test specifications, including pre- and post-testing documentation.
- Assist project managers and technical leads in leading and conducting internal and external acceptance tests.
- Support project managers and technical leads in managing defects and their rectification and closure.
- Monitor the status of issues and activities to ensure timely follow-up.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
