Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Test Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by providing effective assistance to our business users in resolving product design and QA testing-related issues efficiently.

  • Review requirement specifications from users to understand the system and identify testing requirements, developing and reviewing test cases based on provided requirements.
  • Execute tests, maintaining proper documentation and quality of test results, analysing results and working with IT developers to identify, resolve and re-test any issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine testing strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure thorough coverage of product features and functionalities.
  • Identify, report, and document defects or issues encountered during testing, collaborating with development teams to reproduce and resolve them.

Qualifications:

  • Polytechnic diploma or university degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
