About the Role

The company is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Analyst to support the sales team through accurate reporting, forecasting, and data insights. The ideal candidate will analyze sales trends, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance and drive business growth.\\
Key Responsibilities:\

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and opportunities.\
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.\
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide actionable recommendations.\
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to support inventory planning and revenue projections.\
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to support cross-functional initiatives.\
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making.\
  • Assist in setting and tracking sales KPIs and incentive plans.\
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Customer Relationship Management and sales reporting tools.\
  • Any other duties as assigned by your line manager from time to time.\

Requirements

Diploma in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
