Training Operations Associate
Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Training Operations Associate, you will be responsible for setting up training equipment and models for training programs. You will also provide support during training programs and events.
Additionally, you will prepare training materials for training programs and create post-training evaluation reports for programs and events.
You will maintain accurate training records, including CME attendance, and support CME simulcasts via webinar for healthcare professionals.
Furthermore, you will ensure that facilities and infrastructure at the Training Centre remain in good working condition. You will coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance and rectification works at the Training Centre.
Other duties include submitting purchase requests and monitoring their status, providing secretariat support for scheduled meetings, and performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Local Diploma from any course is required. Strong administrative skills are essential, particularly in areas such as database administration, HR administration, eCommerce administration, and system administration.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
