Key Business Development Position

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure clear and timely updates on deal progress.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to address any client-related issues.
  • Foster client relationships after deal closure and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Develop financial models using Excel and other tools, conduct financial analyses, and perform client due diligence.
  • Research and analyze companies and industries to build necessary knowledge and data for current and upcoming transactions.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong industry analysis, financial analysis, and modeling skills, including DCF, SOTP, and valuation.
  • Ability to comprehend both qualitative and quantitative data and communicate effectively.
  • Good understanding of the sectors and industries that the company focuses on.
  • Proficiency in building financial models using financial tools and spreadsheets.
  • Capability to conduct complex financial analyses and offer suitable corporate finance solutions.

Working Environment:

  • Work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Function in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Analytical, report writing, and summary writing skills are essential.
  • Valuation skills, including DCF, SOTP, and relative valuation.
