Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the campus, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and preferences.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, working closely with the marketing team to promote our programs and services.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate campus events, including program launches, workshops, and other activities that promote student engagement and community building.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including maintaining records, tracking withdrawals, and performing other tasks as assigned.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
- Language: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fluent in English.
