Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our domestic payments product management team in Asia.

This individual will be responsible for driving the commercialization of domestic payments products and developing new capabilities in core payments.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the growth of domestic payments products.
  • Collaborate with data tools to identify revenue opportunities and influence product roadmaps.
  • Lead the pricing workstream for domestic payments and partner with billing, pricing and finance teams to address revenue leakages.
  • Manage operational risk and regulatory requirements in core payments.
  • Contribute to best practice recommendations for regulators in Asia clusters.
  • Buiild relationships with network partners and promote business ties with external industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as commercial competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans to enhance the growth of domestic payments products.
  2. Commercial Insights: Collaborate with data tools to identify revenue opportunities and influence product roadmaps.
  3. Pricing Expertise: Lead the pricing workstream for domestic payments and partner with billing, pricing and finance teams to address revenue leakages.
  4. Risk Management: Manage operational risk and regulatory requirements in core payments.
  5. Regulatory Engagement: Contribute to best practice recommendations for regulators in Asia clusters.
  6. Business Development: Build relationships with network partners and promote business ties with external industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of product management disciplines.
  • Experience in transaction banking, payments business, tech industry, institutional or consumer banking, innovation, e-commerce, and/or fintech.
